H. Fry This Indenture made this Eighteenth day of December Eighteen hundred and sixty three 1863 between Henry A Urqhart Admr Dubonis Non of Silas Gordon Deceased of said county and Henry H. Fry of said State and County of the second part Witnesseth, that Whereas the ordinary of said County of Coweta, did empower the said Henry A Urquhart as Administrator as open to sell and dispense of all the real Estate of the said Silas Gordon deceased. And whereas the said Henry A Urquhart having given public notice of said sale for sixty days in the Literary Companion a Gazette published in the Town of Newnan in said county, and having complied with all the requsits of Law therein did on the first Tuesday in the month of September last past proceed to expose a portion of Lot Number one hundred and nineteen (119) in the second District of said county between the hours limited by Law for such sales. And whereas the said law for such sales. And whereas the said Henry H. Fry bought thirty six acres of said portion of said Lot (as hereafter described which was the highest bidder or said bid for the same at said sale. Now the said Urquhart Admr as aforesaid in consideration of the sum of Nine hundred dollars $900.00 to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold aliened & conveyed and by these presents does by these grant bargain sell alien and convey unto the said Henry H. Fry his heirs and assigns thirty-six Acres bounded on the North by the Lands of George Mathews and running West to the lands now owned by the said Fry. Thence South on the said Lands of said Fry. Thence West to the Eastern boundary of said lot Number (119) one hundred and nineteen. To have and to hold said bargained premises to him the said Fry his heirs and assigns forever. And the Title to the same the said Urquhart Administrator as aforesaid will forever warrant and defend.
