Georgia   Coweta County               This Indenture made this 31st of  
December in the year of our Lord Eighteen Hundred and fifty six between Geo 
A. Willson of the one part & John Hindsman  of the other part both of the 
aforesaid State & county Witnesseth that the said Geo. A. Willson for & in 
consideration of the sum of Eleven Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid by the 
said John Hindsman hath granted bargained sold and by and these presents do 
grant bargain and sell all that tract or parcel of land (with the exception 
of fifty acres in the south west corner being an equal square _______ 
distinguished by lot No (168) one Hundred sixty Eight in the second district 
of Coweta County containing One Hundred & fifty two & a half acres more or 
less to  have & to hold the aforesaid bargained premises.  I the said Geo 
Willson will warrant and defend the right and title of said tract or parcel 
of land from myself my heirs Executors & from all other persons whomever 
together with the right members  & appurtenances thereunto belonging  
In witness  whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year 
first above written

	Georgia             }	personally came before me J. M. T. Petty clk of 
the Inferior Court 
      Coweta County	  }.	In and for said County Michael Hindsman who 
being duly sworn deposeth and saith that he signed the within Deed & saw 
Homer Chandler do likewise & also saw Geo. A Wilson sign seal & Deliver the 
within Deed to John Hindsman this the 4th day of April 1857
