B. Wright of the County of Fulton, said State; Emily E. Roberts, of the County of Crisp, said State; Ada K. Roberts, of the County of Bacon, said State; W. C. Wright, of said County of Coweta; all surviving children of Benjamin H. Wright and Emily E. Wright late of said Coweta County, deceased; and Sue P. Wright, of said Coweta County, widow of N. T. Wright, a deceased son of said Benjamin H. and Emily E. Wright; and Martha Brewster and Emily Wright, both of said Coweta County only surviving children of said N. T. and Sue P. Wright; all being tenants in common and owners of the following property, to-wit: Lot of land number one hundred and fifty (150) in the Fourth District of the County of Carroll, said State containing two hundred, two and one half (202 ½) acres more or less, and known as the Lee lot of land; lot of land number one hundred and fifty-eight (158) in the said Fourth District of said Carroll County containing two hundred, two and one-half (202 1/2) acres, more or less, except about twenty (20) acres in the Southwest corner or portion thereof heretofore sold off; lot of land number one hundred fifty-nine (159) in said Fourth district of said Carroll County containing two hundred, two and one half (202 ½) acres, more or less; lot of land number one hundred and sixty (160) in said Fourth District of said Carroll County containing two hundred, two and one half (202 ½) acres, more or less; and fractional lot of land number one hundred and sixty-one (161) in said Fourth District of said Carroll County except a tract out of the Northeast corner or portion of said lot number one hundred and sixty (160) and a tract out of the Northern portion of said fractional lot number one hundred and sixty-one (161) owned by G. B. Wright and which said two excepted tracts contain seventy (70) acres, and more fully described in deed from B. H. Wright, as Trustee for Emily E. Wright and her children to said G. B. Wright, of date January 16th, 1892; also the North half of lot of land number one hundred and sixty five in the original Fourth District of said Carroll County, now Heard County, said State containing one hundred one and one fourth (101 ¼) acres, more or less, and known as the Ward place, except that portion of said North half lying Southeast of the Five Notch Road supposed to be twenty five (25) acres; also a certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Newnan, in said County of Coweta and State of Georgia, and being a part of lot of land number Forty (40) in the Fifth District of said Coweta County and containing Three (3) acres, one rod and thirteen (13) roods, more or less, and known as the Benjamin H. Wright House place in said City, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the junction of Carmichael and Clarke Streets, and at the South-east corner of said tract of land as it is now enclosed, and running North along said Carmichael Street thirty nine and one half (39 ½ ) rods, thence West thirteen and one half (13 ½) rods, thence South to said Clarke Street and thence East along said Clarke Street thirteen and one half (13 ½) rods to said beginning corner and bounded on the North by land now or formerly of Carmichael, on the East by said Carmichael Street, on the South by said Clarke Street and on the West by lands formerly belonging to the estate of the late W. A. Dent. The said Mary C. Gibson, G. B. Wright, Emily E. Roberts, Ada K. Roberts and W. C. Wright owning an undivided one-sixth interest each in all of the above and foregoing described lands and the said Sue P. Wright, Martha Brewster and Emily Wright owning an undivided one eighteenth (1/18) each in said lands, and the three together an undivided one-sixth (1/6) thereof which represents the interest and share which the said N. T. Wright, husband of the said Sue P. Wright and father of the said Martha Brewster, and Emily Wright, owned in said lands; And whereas all of the said owners of said lands desire to sell the same and to receive their respective interests and share in the proceeds of the sale thereof, and Whereas, the said W. C. Wright resides nearer said lands than the only other male owner of an interest therein and it is more convenient and practical for the said the said W. C. Wright to look after and make sale of said lands, and execute the necessary papers in connection with the sale thereof than the other owners; and Whereas, said other owners desire said W. C. Wright to act for them in the sale of their interests in said lands, Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises, we, the said Mary C. Gibson, G. B. Wright, Emily E. Roberts, Ada K. Roberts, Sue P. Wright, Martha Brewster and Emily Wright, all of whom are of full age and sui Juris, have authorized and constituted the said W. C. Wright, of said County of Coweta, for us and in our names, place and stead to sell our interests in any part or the whole of land and in such parcels or subdivisions and for such prices and upon such terms as in judgment of said W. C. Wright may be best and proper, hereby vesting in the said W. C. Wright complete and full authority to sell all of our respective interests and title in and to all of said lands or any part thereof for such price or prices, and upon such terms as he may think best, all for use and in our name, place and stead, and for us and in our names to execute all necessary papers, including bond or bonds for title and deed or deeds to the purchaser or purchasers, whoever he or they may be, with covenants of warranty in fee simple, and to execute and deed or deeds in accordance with any such bond or bonds for title; and to receive for us and in our steads all money and notes that may be given for said lands, or any part thereof, and to execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers all receipts and acquitances necessary for the completion of the transaction and transactions herein contemplated. It being our purpose and we do by these presents clothe and empower the said W. C. Wright with full authority to sell and dispose of all our respective interests in said lands, or any part thereof in such manner and for such price or prices, and upon such terms as in the judgment of the said W. C. Wright are best and just as if he was the sole owner of said lands and acting for himself and in his own behalf. All of which the said W. C. Wright, our attorney-in-fact, is authorized to do as completely and fully as we and either and all of us might or could do were we personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney-in-fact may do in the premises. In the meantime the said W. C. Wright is authorized to rent out and receive the rents, issues and profits for all of said property, and pay out of same the taxes on said property and generally to manage said property, accounting for such rents and profits as he may receive, and we hereby approve and ratify the acts and conduct of said W. C. Wright in the renting and managing of said property since the death of said Mrs. Emily E. Wright. In Witness Whereof the said Mary C. Gibson, G. B. Wright, Emily E. Roberts, Ada K. Roberts, Sue P. Wright, Martha Brewster and Emily Wright have hereunto set their hands, affixed their seals and delivered the presents this the 20th day of December, 1916. Signed, sealed and delivered by Mary C.
