Senoia, Ga. Dec. 16, 1904 Mrs. Elizabeth Bridges Height, Ga. My Dear Grandma, I thought I would write to you to let you know we was well. I had a letter from Papa he is well and he is in Akers, La at work, well how are you getting along this cold weather my bed feels mighty cold ever night, Roy sleeps with me; we have just killed hogs this week and ever thing is mighty greasy, Grandma you ought to be here to eat sausage with me, we are haveing examinations now it is mighty hard. Grandma what are you going to give me for a Xmas present, tell Aunt Sallie & Uncle Henry howdy and give my love to them. Will close answer soon to your.
