The Herald And Advertiser, Newnan, Ga. April 26, 1901
Mrs. J. L. Bean has returned from Hogansville, where she attended at the 
bedside of her sister, Miss Alice Hughen, who has been quite sick the past two 
weeks.

The school at Cherry Flat will close Friday.

Mrs. John Robertson, who has been ill, is slowly improving.

Some of the young men of our neighborhood attended a singing at Lone Oak last 
Sunday P. M.

Mr. Lee Smith went to St. Charles Sunday.
