County Commissioners Buy Historic Log Cabin

To Be Preserved At
Grantville Park Site

	The Coweta County Commissioners at their regular
meeting last Thursday visited the Meadows property off
Highway 29 South near Moreland to view two original log
cabins recently purchased by the county for $50 and which
will be moved to the Baseball and Recreation Park site in
Grantville as permanent historic reminders of the county's origin.
	
	The cabins have a long history in Coweta county, and
Weyman Evans, a member of the recently named Coweta
Recreation Commission, was present at the inspection to 
give the Commissioners some pertinent historical facts
concerning them.
