From the Newnan, Ga. Herald. Thurs. afternoon last a negro boy about fifteen years old on Mr. R. W. Hardy's place near Senoia, returning from plowing, attempted to dismount from a mule in the gear house. The mule became frightened and ran. The boy's feet were etangled in the gear, and he was dragged down hill to the creek, the injuries resulting in death. Additional Comments: R. W. Hardy is Rufus W.
