The law requires a two-thirds vote of the qualified voters, and of the 282 who were registered and qualified to vote, 240 voted for bonds and 15 against bonds, the remainder not voting. Mayor A R BURDETT has already received many inquires and offers to buy the bonds, and they will be readily disposed of at a handsome price. The mayor and council have determined to vigorously push the sewerage matter, and some time during the coming winter the piping will be laid and the system set up.
