Gov. McDaniel offers a reward for the arrest and delivery to the Sheriff of 
Coweta County of Newton Page, colored, charged with the offense of murder.  
Page killed his wife in Newnan about five years ago but escaped, and has 
managed so far to elude the officers of the law.
