Issue of July 23, 1884 

Under and by virtue of an order from the Court of Ordinary of Coweta Co., Ga., 
I, as the administrator of the estate of Pierce Sewell, late of said county, 
decd, will sell on the first Tues. in Aug., 1884, between the legal hours of 
sale, before the courthouse door in Fulton Co., in Atlanta, the one undivided 
half interest in the land in the corporation of West End and said Fulton Co., 
being part of Land Lot 21 in Block No. 1 of Irwin's West End property as per 
plat made by James F. Cooper on Feb. 3, 1869, fronting 50 ft. on E. side of 
Garner St. and running back E. 95 ft. to a ten foot alley in the rear, bounded 
N. by an alley 14 1/2 ft. wide and S. by Lots 19 and 20 in said block. Terms 
cash. Alvin D. Freeman, admr of Pierce Sewell, decd.
