Richard Lee Chappell was 18 years of age, born on Jan. 29th 1972. He died 
around 6:02am from injuries in an automobile accident on May 27 1990.He 
attended East Coweta High School. His Parents were Donna Crawley Mitchell,and 
Donald S.Chappell. Step-Father,Ellis A. Mitchell. He had one sister Wanda E. 
Chappell,and step-sister Donna Chappell. He had two brothers,Jedediah Flood 
and Tyler Mitchell.He also had three step-brothers: Keith,Scott,and Dwayne 
Mitchell.His Grand Parents were James and Lavada Gray of Turin,GA. and Robert 
and Lillian Chappell Of Senoia,Ga.

Additional Comments:
Richard was a very bright and intelligent young man who loved people and 
playing his music.It is sad that someone with a life that was so full of love 
and kindness for others had to leave us, but is in a much better place than us 
all. Sometimes God has to take us at an early age to protect us from the evil 
days ahead.(Isaiah ch.57 vs.1)
