It is with deep regret that we chronicle the death of Mrs. J. C. Hardy of 
Senoia, which sad event occurred on Sunday last [Sept 12]. We tender sincere 
condolence to the stricken family.

The following business was disposed of at the regular monthly term of the 
Court of Ordinary on Monday last:

Last Will and Testament of Mary F. Hardy, admitted to probate in common form.

Additional Comments:
Mary Frances, "Mamie", was my husband's Great-great Grandmother.  She married 
her first cousin, Joseph Cornelius Hardy.  They were the Grandchildren of 
Coweta County Pioneer, Aquilla Hardy, and his first wife, Mary (Polley) Steward.

Mary was the daughter of Rufus Wesley Hardy and Lucy Mariah Bailey.

Joseph was the son of William Jesse Hardy and Lucy Elizabeth Malviney "Betsy" 
Shell.

Mary Frances is buried at Senoia City Cemetery alongside her husband, Joseph, 
and nearby their parents.
