Mrs Lewis, the widow of Joe Lewis, made her home at 3561 Atlanta Ave., Hapeville. She was a member of Hapeville Methodist Church, where funeral services will be a t 3 pm Sunday. The Rev. B. W. Hancock, the Rev. E. C. Wilson and Dr. W. Candler Budd will officiate. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery. Survivors include a son, Samuel D. Lewis, Richmond Calif. P.S. Mamie Hensley 1897-1961, maried Joseph D. "Joe" Lewis. She was the daughter of Neely North Hensley (1878-1948) and Jenia Couch Hensley (1872-1951). 1910 Coweta co Ga Census, resident #368, married 3yrs, Neely 31 GA, Jenia 37 Ga, Mamie. grandaughter of William Thomas (1851-1946) and Elizabeth Brooks. md 1871 Coweta Co Ga. great grandtr of William Washington “Wash” (ca 1816—1900) and Jane Brooks (ca 1822-1890’s) Couch. Both buried at Bethel Methodist Church, Senoia, Coweta County Georgia. Great great granddtr of Levi & Linny Stone Couch. & of Zemariah & Mary Brooks. g-g-g granddtr of Benjamin & Delilah Couch of South Carolina.
