Her death is much lamented in the community, where she was held in high esteem and universally beloved. She was the daughter of the late Rev. J R T Brown, a prominent minister of the Baptist Church, who was well-known through-out this section of the state. The funeral took place Monday at Liberty Church, services being conducted by Rev. Mr. Connell. She is survived by her husband and eight children, the latter being Mrs. O B Hayes, Mrs S A King, Mrs Albert Sewell, Mrs Raymond Sewell, Mrs J P Brooks, J H Smith, A F Smith and R M Smith.
