Brown - Signed Aug 22, 1889 - Recorded Nov 7, 1889 State of Georgia, Coweta County. I, Andrew B. Brown of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament. Item 1st I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life, in Masonic order. Item 2nd I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid by my executor hereinafter appointed. Item 3rd I desire and direct that all my personal estate shall be sold as soon as practicable and the proceeds of such sale to be appropriated to the payment of my just debts. In the event said proceeds of said sale are not sufficient to meet said indebtedness then the executor hereinafter appointed shall use the rental proceeds of the real estate that may remain over and above a support for my wife Martha E. Brown, for the liquidation of my debts. Item 4th I give to my wife Martha E. Brown all my land, it being part of land lot 125, and the proceeds thereof together with the household and kitchen furniture for her own proper use, benefit and ? during her natural life. Item 5th I desire and direct that my Grand daughter Burmah G. Davis remain with my wife, as one of the family as long as she remains single or until the death of my wife. Item 6th I desire and direct that my executor pay to my son-in-law, J.H. Summers fifteen dollars for his care and attention during my sickness. Item 7th I order my executor after the death of my wife Martha E. Brown to divide my estate equally, share and share alike, between my child Joseph L. Brown one third, and the children of my daughter Margaret J. Davis, deceased, one third, and the children of my daughter Susan E. Summers deceased, one third. Item 8th I hereby constitute and appoint my son Joseph L. Brown executor of this my last will and testament. This August 22nd/89 A.B. Brown Signed, sealed, declared and published by Andrew B.
