Last Will and Testament of Benjamin F. Cock Sr. [illegible mark]
State of Georgia
Coweta County

Benjamin F. Cock of Senoia of aforesaid county and State, do make this my last 
Will and Testament as follows that is to say: 
First That my body be decently buried by the side of my wife.
Second that all my debts be paid as far as can be.

Third That my grandson, Walter L. Brantley, be paid Two Hundred ($200.00) 
Dollars.

Fourth That I give to my daughter, Ida, my two (2) one acre lots, with all the 
improvements thereon in the town of Senoia, they being located in the South 
East Coweta lot of land Two Hundred and Fifty Nine (259) First District of 
Coweta County State of Georgia.  And also all of my Household and Kitchen 
Furniture.

Fifth That after paying my debts and burial expenses that the balance of my 
effects not already disposed of be equally divided between my children, 
Henrietta Couch, Wm J. Cock, Lavonia McKnight, Alice M. McKnight, and Benjamin 
Franklin Cock (the amounts that William J. Cock and Lavonia McKnight have 
received since the Five ($500.) Hundred Dollars given each child) be counted as 
part of their share in the final settlement.

Sixth That I do appoint my two sns William J. Cock and Benjamin F. Cock 
executors to carry out this Will without giving Bond for same.  This 14th Sept 
1898.
