Will of Henderson Henry Fry 21 Aug 1885 Coweta County, GA Georgia } W. C. M. Smith Coweta County R. A. Ballard H. M. Smith and H. J. Spratlin were present on the morning of the 21st of August 1885 at the late residence of H. H. Fry in said County an hour or two before the said H. H. Fry departed this life. The said H. H. Fry being in the full and perfect possession of his mental faculties and of sound and disposing mind did call upon us to take notice and remember what he was about to say, did in our presence will and desire to dispose or all his worldly possessions in the manner and form following, to wit, Item first. He willed and desired that his beloved wife should be the Executrix of his will and that first of all she as such Executrix should pay his just debts. Item Second. He willed that his wife M. A. Fry make a deed to his son John H. Fry to the fifty acres of land that he had already set apart to or for him. His will was further that as he had given his daughter N. A. Chandler fifty acres of land, she was to have nothing more now. Item Third. He further willed that his said wife have the full and entire control of all his estate, the same that he had were he living, for the support, maintenance and education of herself and children. She to be the judge of what moneys should be expended therefor. Item Fourth. He further willed that as each one of his children becomes of age his said wife at her descrestion was to give him or her fifty acres of land to make each equal to said N. A. Chandler and John H. Fry. But if in her opinion she could not spare off said fifty acres to each one as he or she becomes of age, she need not do it. Item Fifth. He further willed that at his death or before if she saw fit, his said wife should have the power to make such dispositions of the remainder of his estate either by deed, gift, or will among his children as she may deem right & proper.
