Will of Robert William Hendrix 03 Jun 1913 Coweta County, GA I, R. W. Hendrix, of said state and county, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made. Item 1 I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christianlike manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. Item 2 I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary delay, by my executor hereinafter appointed. Item 3 I give, bequeath and devise to my son, George C. Hendrix, for and during his natural life the east half of my Waldrop place lying in the second district of said county, containing fifty acres, more or less, of land, with remainder over at his death to his children, share and share alike. Item 4 I give, bequeath and devise to my daughter, Ellen J. McCollum, the west half of my Waldrop place lying in the Second district of said county, containing fifty acres, more or less, of land, free from all charge and limitation whatever. Item 5 I give, bequeath and devise to my daughter, Laura T. Cates, the northwest Fifty acres of land of my home place, lying and being in the Second district of said county, free from all charge and limitation whatever. Item 6 I give, bequeath and devise to my daughter, Mary E. Fry, the northeast fifty acres of land of my home place, lying in the Second district of said county, free from all charge and limitation. Item 7 I give, bequeath and devise to my son, Walter A. Hendrix, the southeast Fifty acres of land of my home place, lying in the Second District of said county, free from all charge and limitation. Item 8 My son, Tom Hendrix, and my daughter, Ottalie Hambrick, have received their shares of my estate, as to lands, by deeds heretofore made by me and delivered to them conveying lands; but are to receive their share of the money left by me. Item 9 I give, bequeath and devise to my sons and daughters, to wit: Geo. C. Hendrix, Ellen J. McCollum, Laura T. Cates, Mary E. Fry, Walter A. Hendrix, Tom Hendrix, and Ottalie Hambrick, share and share alike, all money left by me at the time of my death. Item 10 I hereby constitute and appoint my son, J. T. Hendrix, and my daughter, Laura T. Cates, executors of this my last will and testament. This the 3rd day of June, A.D., 1913. R.W. Hendrix Signed, sealed, declared and published by R. W.
