Fry and Andrew B Calhoun Security are held and firmly bound unto the Ordinary, for said county, and his successors in office, in the just and full sum of Four Thousand Dollars, for the payment of which sum to the said Ordinary, as aforesaid, and his successors in office, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated this Sixteenth day of February eighteen hundred and sixty four. The condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas, the said John G. Fry is this day appointed Guardian to the person and property of Mrs. Martha Hendrix Lunatic widow of George Hendrix deceased; Now, if the said John G. Fry do well and truly demean himself as Guardian aforesaid agreeable to letters of Guardianship, bearing even date herewith, and agreeably to law in such case made and provided, the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
