Coweta County         }
	Know all Men by these Presents, That we, H H Fry as Principal Harrison J Sargent and 
Jas E Jones as Securities are held and firmly bound unto the Ordinary, for said county, and his 
successors in office, in the just and full sum of Two Thousand Dollars, for the payment of which 
sum to the said Ordinary, as aforesaid, and his successors in office, we bind ourselves, our heirs, 
executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
	Sealed with our seals, and dated this Fifth (5th) day of March 1877 eighteen hundred and 
Seventy Seven
	The condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas, the said H H Fry is this day 
appointed Guardian to  Nancy E Hindsman and John F Hindsman Orphan of David J Hindsman 
deceased; Now, if the said H H Fry do well and truly demean himself as Guardian aforesaid 
agreeable to letters of Guardianship, bearing even date herewith, and agreeably to law in such 
case made and provided, the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and 
virtue.
