Seal with our seals, and dated this Nineth day of January eighteen hundred and sixty. The condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas, the said Harrison Nixon is this day appointed Guardian to the persons and property of William J. Joseph P. and Francis Nixon Orphans of Permelia Nixon deceased; Now, if the said Harrison Nixon do well and truly demean himself as Guardian, aforesaid, agreeably to letters of Guardianship, bearing even date herewith, and agreeable to law in such case made and provided, the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
