Whereas in obedience to an order of the Honorable the
Superior Court of Talbot County when setting for ordinary
purposes at September adjourned term in the year eighteen
hundred and thirty two to Ruebin Aldridge of said county of
Talbot Administrator of all & singular the real estate of
William Bonnell Decd of Loundes County & State of Alabama in
the State of Georgia to sell & dispose of at public outcry a
part of land number two hundred & three in the fourteenth
District of Crawford County in said State the said lot of
land is as respond to public outcry at the court-house in
the town of Knoxville in Crawford County on the first
Tuesday in January one thousand eight hundred and thirty
three and Pascall Brannan becoming the highest bidder at was
knocked off to him at the price or sum of two hundred &
fifty dollars ---- Now this indenture made this first day of
January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred &
thirty-three between Reubin Alldridge of Talbot County in
said State administrator as aforesaid & James K. Hicks of
the county of Antauga & state of Alabama surviving copartner
of William Bonnell of the one part and Pascall Brannan of
Crawford County Georgia of the other part Witnesseth, that
for & in consideration of the sum of two hundred & fifty
Dollars to him in hand paid at & before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and so by these
presents hereby grant bargain sell & convey unto the said
Pascall Brannan all that part or parcel of Land containing
two hundred two and a half acres more or less situate lying
& being in the fourteenth District of the county of Crawford
in said State known and distinguished in the plan of the
fourteenth District by the number of two hundred and three
to have deed to hold said tract or parcel of Land together
with all & singular the rights members and appurtenances
unto the said Pascall Brannan being & belonging or in any
wise appertaining unto the said tract or lot of land & also
all the estate both real and personal and also rights titles
interest property claim & demand of the said Reubin
Alldridge Administrator as aforesaid and James K. Hicks in
law Equity or otherwise whatsoever, of, in or to the same to
have and to hold the said described lot of land & premises
unto the said Pascall Brannan his heirs & assigns to their
only proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple
