State of Georgia Crawford County
This indenture made this 13 day of August in the year of
our Lord One Thousand Nine hundred & three between MRS.
A. F. BECHAM of the County of Crawford of the one part &
OSCAR A. BECHAM & his heirs of the County of Crawford
State of Ga of the other part Witnesseth That said MRS.
A. F. BECHAM for & in consideration of the love &
affection she has for her son and party of the second
part in hand paid at before the sealing & delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
has granted bargained sold aliened conveyed and confirmed
& by these presents does grant bargain sell and convey &
confirm unto the said MR. OSCAR A. BECHAM & his heirs &
assigns all that tract & parcel of land. 

Twenty five acres of land more or less of the South East
Quarter of the East half of land lot #238 in the 2nd
District of said Co. 

Bounded on South by lands of the ANDREWS Estate & on West
By lands of the ANDREWS Estate North lands of Mrs. A. F.
BECHAM on the East lands of T. J. PILES.

And further than that the said Mrs. A. F. BECHAM shall
have a house her life time on the premises To have & to
hold the said bargained premises with all & singular the
rights members & appurtenances there to appertaining to
the (?) proper use benefit & behoof of said party of the
second part the said OSCAR A. BECHAM his heirs executors
administrators & assigns against the (?) Mrs. A. F.
BECHAM her heirs executors administrators & against all &
every other person or persons shall & will warrant &
forever defend by virtue of these presents. In witness
whereof the said MRS. A. F. BECHAM hath hereunto set her
hand affixed her seal & delivered these presents the day
& year first above written.
