Warranty Deed from,
R. M. Bond Guardian Et al. to H. E. & C. T. Seagler, State of Georgia Crawford County.

This indenture, made this 30th day of Nov. in the year of
our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ten, between Mrs. J.
M. Britt of Ware County, Mrs. B. C. Davis of Colquitt
County, C. B. Bond of Sumter County and Mrs. Stella Bond of
Crawford County and R. M. Bond, and R. M. Bond Guardian of
Lucile, A. B. & Mary Agnes Thomaston of Crawford County, of
the one part, and H. E. Seagler and C. T. Seagler of the
County of Crawford and of said State of the other part.
Witnesseth: That the said Parties of the first part has for
and in consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred and Twenty
Eight & 00/100 Dollars hereby acknowledged, has granted
bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by
these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and
confirm unto the said H. E. & C. T. Seagler, their heirs and
assigns, the following lands to wit: One Hundred (100) acres
of the north half of lot of land No. (128) One Hundred and
Twenty Eight, in the 7th District of said County. To have
and to hold the said bargained premises with all and
singular the rights, members, and appurtenances, thereto
appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of
them the said H. E. and C. T. Seagler, their heirs,
executors, administrators, and assigns, in fee simple, and
the said Parties of the first part of the said bargained
premises unto the said H. E. and C. T. Seagler, their heirs,
executors and administrators, and assigns, against the said
Parties of the first part, their heirs, executors, ad
ministrators, and aganst all and every other person or
persons, shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue
of these presents. In witness whereof, the said parties of
the first part have hereunto set their hand and affixed
their seal and delivered these presents, the day and year
first above written.

(Contract made involving the above deed:)
H. E. Seagler & C. T. Seagler to R. M. Bond, etal. Georgia,
Crawford County We H. E. and C. T. Seagler having purchased
from R. M. Bond as Trustee for Lucile, A. B. & Mary Agness
Thomaston, and C. B. Bond, Mrs. Britt, Miss Bond, Mrs. Davis
& R. M. Bond one hundred acres of the north half of lot of
land No. 128 in the 7th District of said County, all of
which is described in Deed from said parties, agreeing in
said purchase to take up a loan made by Mrs. Mollie C. Jones
of Ft. Valley, Ga, to the aforesaid parties due 5 years
hence, and further agreeing & binding ourselves, our heirs,
executors and administrators & assigns to keep all interest
due on said loan property paid at or before the maturity of
the said interest notes further agreeing to pay off at or
before the maturity of the principal loan.

Hereby saving to said R. M. Bond and others interested, from
all harm that might grow out of our failure to satisfy the
indebtedness herein mentioned. We further agreeing to pay
all costs and attorneys fees that may occur should any
litigation or any other costs occur on account of our not
meeting the full payment of the aforesaid loan and all
interest due on same.
