This Indenture made the 12th day of February 1877 between
H.N.Britt of said State & County of the one part and Elbert
Feagin of the county of Houston & said State of the other
part. Witnesseth that the said H.N.Britt for & in
consideration of the sum fifty dollars in hand paid at & 
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath released,
confirmed, surrendered, revised & quit claimed unto the said
Elbert Feagin his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel
of land lying and being in the fifth (5) Dist. of Houston
County said State known as lot no. Ninty three (93)
containing two hundred two & one half (202 1/2) acres more
or less. To Have & To Hold the said above described premises
with all & singular the rights, members, & appurtenances
thereto appertaining to the only proper use benefit &
behoof, of him the said Elbert Feagin, his heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns in quit & claim forever. In
witness whereof the said H.N.Britt hath hereunto set his
hand affixed his seal & delivered these presents the day and
year first above written H.N. Britt (L.S.)
