This indenture, Made the 16th day of May, in the year of our
Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Five between H. N. Britt
Trustee of Lena Andrews, Henry Molton, Charlie Molton, Ida
Ross, Martha Ann Wright, Kitty Molton, Jerry Britt, Mary
Revell, William Britt & Minnie Prince, of the one part, and
Lewis Britt of the County of Crawford, of the other part,
WITNESSETH, That the said Party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred & fifty Dollars
in hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these
presents; the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and confirmed,
and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien,
convey, and confirm unto the said Party of the Second part
his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land
situated in the 2nd district of Crawford County and being
that part of lot land No.-107 in said 2nd District, lying &
bring on East side of public road leading from Musella as it
intercepts & connects with the line established by the
Commissioners appointed to divide the lands of Elizabeth
Betsy Britt, dec. as in accordance with the will of
Elizabeth Britt, said tract or parcel of land bring the east
and north east half of land lot No. 107, from Musella Road
bring the west boundary so far as the same touches said lot
No. 107, and thereon a straight line to the south line of
lot No. 107. These lines being established by the
commissioners chosen to divide the lands of Elizabeth Britt
dec., under will, said tract or parcel of land containing in
the aggregate One Hundred acres more or less.

To Have and to Hold the said bargained premises, with all
and singular the rights, members, and appurtenances thereto
appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit, and behoof of
, the said Party of the second part, heirs, executors,
administrators, and assigns, in fee simple. And the said
Party of the first part the said bargained, premises unto
the said Party of the second part heirs, executors,
administrators, and assigns, and against the said party of
the first part, his heirs, executors, and administrators,
and against all and every other person or persons, shall and
will warrant and forever defend, by virtue of these
presents.

In Witness Whereof, the said Party of the first part has
hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal, and delivered
these presents, the day and year first above written.
