Deed - Adam Carson to Samuel Montgomery

This indenture made the twenty sixth day of December in the
year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two
between Adam Carson of the county & state aforesaid of the
one part and Samuel Montgomery of the county of Wilkinson of
the other part witnesseth that the said Adam Carson for and
in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars to him
in hand paid and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged hath
granted bargained sold and convey & do by these presents
grant bargain sell and with the said Samuel Montgomery his
heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate
lyeing and in the forteenth district formily Muscogee now
Craw-ford County containing two hundred two and half more or
less which is Known distinguished in the plan of said of
said district number one hundred ninety six having such
shape & form as appears by a plat of the same recorded to
the grant to have and hold said tract or parcel of land unto
him the said Samuel Mongomery his heirs & assigns together
with all singular the right members and appurtuances therof
to the same at any maner belonging to his deed their own
water benefit and behoof forever in fee simple And the said
Adam Carson for him self his heirs Exicutors and Adminis-
traters the said bargained premises unto the said Samuel
Montgomery his heirs and assigns will warrent and forever
defend the right & Title there of against themselves and
against the claim of all other persons whatever

In witness where of the said Adam Carson hath hereunto set
his hand and seal the day and year above written
