Cary Duke to James A. Jones Quit Claim Deed

Georgia, Houston County, 

This Indenture, made this 1st day of Juky , 1927, between
Cary Duke , of the County of Houston, of the first part, and
James A. Jones, of the County of Crawford, of the second
part. Witnesseth. that the said party of the first part ,
for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, in hand
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge has,
bargained,sold and by these presents does remise,release and
forever quit claim to the said party of the second part,
heirs and assigns, all the right , title, interest, claim or
demand the party of the first part has or may have had in
and to the following described prperty, towit: The entire
lot of land number One hundred twenty seven (127), same
containg two hundred two and one half 92021/2) acres, more
or less, lying in the 7th District of Crawford County,
Georgia, sometime known as the 8th District. This deed is
made in conformity with a deed signed by my father, Jessi C.
Duke, to the said James A. Jones, said deed dated Feb 18th
1908. I hereby confirming and ratifying the deed made by
him. Said described property being that on which the said
James A. Jones now resides. With all the rights , members
and appurtenances to the said premises in anywise
appertaaining or belonging. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said
bargained premises to the said party of the second part so
thgat neither the said party of the first part, nor any
other person or persons claiming under him, shall at any
time , by any means, or ways, have claim or demand any right
or title to the aforesaid premises, or its appurtenances, or
any rights thereof. In WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of
the first part hereto set his hand and affixed .
