Georgia                }  This Indenture made the twentyfourth day of 
September Eighteen 
Crawford County }  hundred and twenty five Between Mary Lovett of the State 
and county aforesaid and Mary Lovett Jur of the same place of the other part  
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars in 
hand paid on or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt 
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted Bargained and sold and do by these 
presents grant bargain and sell unto the said Mary Lovett Jur a certain tract 
or parcel of land lying and being situate in the seventh district originally 
Houston now Crawford and Known and distinguished in the plan of said District 
by the number one hundred and sixty four  To have and to hold said tract or 
parcel of land unto the said Mary Lovett Jur her heirs and assigns together 
all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same in 
any manner belonging to her and their own proper use benefit and behoof in fee 
simple. and the said Mary Lovett her self her heirs Executors administrators 
and assigns said bargained premises unto the said Mary Lovett Jur for and her 
heirs assigns will warrant and forever defend the rights and title thereof 
against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whatsoever 
lawfully claiming the same in witness whereof the said Mary Lovett hath 
hereunto set her hand and seal the day and year first above written
