Moore to Elikaim Rhodes, 1830 (Crawford County) Georgia ) Crawford County ) This indenture made this the fourteenth day of January in the year of Our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and thirty Between Samuel M Moore of the one part and Elikaim Rhodes both of the county and state aforesaid, Witnesseth that the said Samuel M Moore for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid by the said Elikaim at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Elikaim Rhodes his heirs and assigns all that half tract of land situate lying and being in the seventh district (Houston originally but now) Crawford county known and distin-guished in the plan of said district by the west half of lot number one hundred and sixty containing one hundred one and a fourth acres more or less length with all and singular rights members and appertanances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple And he the said Samuel M Moore for himself his heirs executors or administrators the said bargained primise unto the said Elikaim Rhodes his heirs or assigns will warrant and defend the rights and titles thereof against the claim of himself his heirs or assigns and against the claim of all other persons whatever. In testimony whereof the said Samuel M Moore hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day & year within written Signed sealed and delivered In the presents of us S. M.
