Marsden Ogletree to D Cuthbert Abbott =Deed   

             Georgia  Crawford county-  

This indenture made 4th day Nov 1861 between Marsden
Ogletree of the said county and of the state Georgia
Cuthbert Abbott of said county and State of georgia
For the sum of three Hundred Dollars for the Land Lot
Eighty seven originally Houston county now Crawford
county and state aforesaid containing two hundred and
half acres which is known and distiguished the holder
of said district by the clerk . at the top of the page
it has ,Above

Recorded  Dec 11 ,1861    L.D. Moore            M. M. Burnett clerk                                 as written from deed    according to this Henry Davenport  was the original grant owner
