F 7{Cuthbert Abbott buys from  Turner }                
This Indenture made and entered into this 27th day of
jan 1853 between Frones R. Turner and Cuthbert Abbott -
both of the county and state aforesaid . Frones R
Turner  far and considered  to the sum of Two Hundred
Cash  in hand paid the receipt where of is here by
acknowledged both granted bargain said and conveyed and
do by the presence grant bargain and sell to the said
Cuthbert his heirs and assigns lot of land #133& levyin
the seventh district of originally Houston Co.Crawford
county containing 202 1/2 acres.     


To have and to hold the lot of land to him the said
cuthbert Abbott  his heirs and assigned  in for simple
forever.And the said Frones R. Turner the right title
and posession of said lot of land will and doeth
warrent anddefind into the said Cuthbert Abbott his his
heirs and executors administration and all others
persons whoever lawfully claims the same. 

In witness where of the said Frones R Turner hath here
unto set his hand and affixed his seal this day andand
year 1st above written F.R. Turner .         James R

F-84  Cuthbert Abbott bought from Frones Turner   Jan
27th 1853 - adjoining land 133 lot  H565 was recorded .
