Indenture between Isaiah Walton and Washington F. Vining. December 7, 1858

Georgia
Crawford County
For and in consideration of the Sum of Sixteen Hundred
and Eight dollars to me in hand paid by WASHINGTON F.
VINING of the aforesaid County and State the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged I ISAIH WALTON do hereby
give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
WASHINGTON F. VINING his heirs and assigns 

One hundred and Eighty acres of land one hundred and two
acres of which are of Lot no. 243 and eighty acres more
or less of lot no. 244 all of the second district of said
county known as the Walton place the late residence of
DAVE WALTON

all containing One Hundred and Eighty acres even or less
together with all the privileges and appurtenances
thereunto in any manner belonging in fee simple.

In testimony (?) I the said ISAIH WALTON have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal this the 7th day of
December 1858-Isiah Walton (Seal)
