Crawford County 
    Know all men by these presents that I Wiley Webb am held and 
joinly bound unto Louis Cusean in the just and full sum of eight hundred 
Dollars for two payments of which I bind myself my heirs and assigns jointly & 
s___ally joinly by these presents  Given under my hand and seal this 14th day 
of January Eighteen hundred and thirty two.
    The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above named Louis 
Curean shall pay unto the above bound Wiley Webb one hundred Dollars now in 
hand and give his small promissary note of hand for sum of three hundred 
Dollars to be paid on the first day of January eighteen hundred & thirty three 
and give the said Wiley Webb privilege to live in the house that he now 
occupies (org) Dudley home garden & Blacksmiths shop for the present 
year.  Now when Louis Cusean complies punctually in paying the said promissary 
notes the above bound Wiley Webb doth bind himself his heirs executors and 
administrators to make unto the said Louis Curean good and lawful titles to lot 
number seventy four in the third District originally Houston now Crawford then 
the above obligation to be null and void else to remain in full ___ of Law.
