Andrews, late of said County, deceased, is unrepresented and not likely to be represented, whereby loss is likely to occur to the creditors of said estate, (faded) therefore to cite all persons (faded) to show cause (faded) should not issue to A. Smith, Ordinary. ----- Crawford Sheriff’s Sale: Will be sold before the court house door in the town of Knoxville, Crawford County, during the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in March, 1880, the following described property to-wit: The tract of land lying in the 7th District of originally Houston, now Crawford County, Ga., being Lot of land number forty-six (46) except thirty five acres off of the North side thereof, the South half of lot number seventy-nine (79) and all of lots number forty-seven (47), forty-nine (49) and fifty (50), being in all 873 acres, more or less, levied on as the property of C. G. Wheeler to satisfy a mortgage execution in favor of the Planters’ Bank of Fort Valley, vs. C. G. Wheeler, returnable to April Term 1880, of Houston Superior Court, and issued on a decree rendered at November Term 1870 of Houston Superior Court in favor of said Bank vs. said Wheeler. One Side Spring Buggy and One Set of Buggy Harnesses levied on as the property of J. L. Horn by virtue of a Mortgage Fi Fa, issued from Superior Court of Crawford county, Georgia, in favor of McCrary & Allen, survivors of McCrary, Andrews & Co., vs. J. L. Horn, property pointed out to Mortgage Fi Fa. W. S. A. Coletrce, Jan 29, 1880, Deputy Sheriff, Crawford Co., Ga ----- Georgia, Crawford County: L. O. Chapman has applied for exemption of personalty under the Constitution and laws of Georgia and I will pass upon the same at my (faded) Knoxville, on the (Faded)th day (faded) at ten o’clock a.m. (faded). Duke has applied for setting apart and valuation of homestead and exemption of personalty under the Constitution and laws of Georgia and I will pass upon the same at my office in Knoxville, on the 18th day of March next at ten o’clock a.m. Witness my hand officially. Sandefur, late of said County, deceased. This is therefore to cite all persons concerned to show cause if any they have, within the time prescribed by law, why said application should not be granted.
