M. Amos, deceased, and all the perishable property belonging to said estate, consisting of household and kitchen furniture, cows, horses, &c. among which is a maten[?] of fine large bay horses, one two-horse wagon and harness, one sulkey and harness, one ox cart, a number of farming tools, and many other articles too numerous to mention. Will be rented at same time, all the town property belonging to said estate, consisting of one store house, one dwelling and lot where Mrs. Amos now resides, one dwelling and lot where Capt. Kennedy now lives, and one lot of land together with the improvements thereon, having about thirty acres of cleared land on it, lying in Muscogee county, on which Joseph Jones now lives.
