All persons wishing to purchase a first rate farming plantation, will do well to call and look at my settlement in the 6th district of Crawford county, and part of Houston for I have been thinking of moving to the West for some years, and and the lice having destroyed my present crop, I am determined to sell, if I can get two-thirds the value of my lands. Although the times are dull, and land low, I have got below the times in my price. I have 1164 acres of first rate pine land mixed with oak and hickory. I have two gins, a thrasher and fan, two gin-houses, two sets of gear, one set of black-smiths tools, one safe, three scythes, all to go with the settlement. There are 300 acres of open land in good order, with good buildings and good orchards. BENJAMIN BARNES.
