Bethel United Methodist Church.  This church was not originally in this 
location.  It was originally located on Causey Road and moved when it was re-
built.  There is an article that was printed about this church and Dickson 
Baptist Church being re-built.  There is a cemetery located directly behind 
the church as well as a cemetery at the old location where the original Bethel 
was located.  It is referred to as the Old Bethel United Methodist Church 
cemetery.  There is a large stone monument in a small cul-de-sac just before 
the old cemetery explaining who was responsible for the building of the old 
Bethel.
