This is an article printed in the Wesleyan Christion Advocate concerning the 
loss of two churches in Crawford County on Causey and Sandy Point Road and the 
re-construction.  One of the churches was the Dickson and the other was Bethel 
Methodist.  The article was printed in 1939.  The new Bethel Methodist Church 
was not re-built where the original church stood, instead being re-built on 
Sandy Point Road.  This article now hangs on the wall of the church recreation 
hall at the rear of the church.
