SECOND…..I give and bequeath to my wife and daughter Patsy the sum of twenty five hundred dollors each during their joint lives, and there the survivor of them to take the whole and enjoy the same ---- -- tely. THIRD…I bequeath to my son Henry the sum of twenty five hundred dollors to be paid him out of the proceds of my estate…. FOURTH>>>After the payments of my just debts and the -- --- said ---cies I will and bequeath the ballence and resiue of my Estate to be equally divided between my wife and my four children ( to wit) Mary Harris, Joseph, Henry and Patsy with this limitation that my wife, Mary Harris and Patsy shall enjoy their equal share of the ballence of my Estate mentioned in this clause during their joint lives and then the same to v- -- in the survivor of then absolutely except the share of Mary Harris which is limiten to her sole and separate use and her children.
