Roberson In the name of God Amen. I, Beverly B. Roberson, of said state and county being in feeble health but in sound mind and feeling in all probability that I may shortly depart this life do therefore make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all others heretofore make. Item first. I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent Christian like manner and my soul I comment to Almighty God who gave it Item 2. I desire and direct that all my just debts be faithfully paid by my executors hereafter appointed. Item 3. I desire and further direct that after the payment of all my just debts as directed that my entire Estate be kept together for the common use of my family and the --and the education of my younger children until my youngest child shall become of age or -- being a daughter at which time my estate to be equally divided between my children. Item 4. It is my wish that when either of my children may marry that my executors let them each have the use of one thousand dollars or thereabouts worth of property appraised to be held and used by them as a part of the estate to be accounted for by them on a general division of my estate. Item 5. I further desire and direct that the portion of my estate that may go into the hands of my daughters Elizabeth Robertson and Eliza Ann Robertson shall be vested in them and the heirs of their body and provided wither of them should die without child or children then their respective -- in said estate shall revert back to the other brothers and sisters or their heirs. Item 6 It is my desire that my son James W. Robertson be constituted a Trustee for each of my daughters above named and that he shall exercise due care to secure to them the full enjoyment of their respective interest of said estate. Item 7. It is my wish that my Executors use due diligence to make such improvement as may be in their power for the benefit of my said estate by laying out or investing any proceeds accessing from the benefits of said estate. Item 8. I hereby constitute and appoint my two sons James W. Robertson and Columbus Robertson executors of this my last and testament. B.B.
