Williams, party of the first part, of the County of Crisp, State of Georgia, and P.L. Williams and ....Brown, both of the County of Crisp, State of Georgia (operating under the firm name of P.L.Williams & Co.) parties of the second part; WITNESSETH: THAT, for and inconsideration of the sum of $6,144.84 cash in hand paid to the said parties of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and in further consideration of the assumption by the said parties of the second part of $14,855.16, representing all but $2,000.00 of the indebtedness, as shown on the account of W.O. Williams, as it appears on the books of Flynn-Harris-Bullard Company, Savannah, GA., the said party of the first part hereby sells and conveys, and by these presents does sell,, convey and deliver unto the said P.L. Williams and D.A. Brown, their heirs, executives, administrators, and assigns, the following property, to wit: One turpentine still and fixtures and the building in which same is located; Also one cooper shop, glue shed and spirit house, with eighty dip barrels; Also one gasoline engine and the pump in the deep well,, with all necessay fixtures; Also one commissary building, together with the stock of goods, wares and merchandise, including the negro accounts; Also one barn and wagon shelter; Also one gray mare mule about ten years old; Also one Black mare mule about nine years old; Also one horse and saddle; Also one two thousand virgin turpentine boxes, eighteen thousand yearling boxes, seventeen thousand third and fourth year boxes, and five thousand high boxes; Also Ninety thousand turpentine cups, more or less, hanging on trees and off trees; All the above described property being located at Raines, Georgia, in the County of Crisp, said State. As part consideration of this contract of sale, the said H.I. Williams, party of the first part, hereby transfers, assigns and sets over unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, all of the timber for turpentine purposes, represented in various leases held by the Flyyh-Harris-Bullard Company under assignment or executed in the name of W.O. Williams or H.I. Williams transferred to the said party of the second part, under that certain bill of sale executed on the 27th day of December, 1926 and embracing all of said turpentine leases and the personal property connected with or incident to said business. The said H.I. Williams hereby warrants that the title to all of the above described property is perfect and complete, and that there are no outstanding liens of any kind against any of said property.
