I KNEW HE WAS DRILLING WELLS AT ONE TIME.THE BUISNESS WAS A GENERAL, DRY 
GOODS, AND GROCERY BUSINESS. THE BUILDING WAS THE SHEPPARD ANNEX.BEN WOULD 
SELL IT IN 1916 TO BE USED FOR A FORD AUTOMOBILE DEALERSHIP.
