Carmichael, 4 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Carmichael died Saturday afternoon at a local hospital after a short illness. The family lived just outside the city limits on the Henderson Highway. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 o'clock at the Thordike Funeral Home with the Rev. J. W. Mills Jr. and the Rev. W. B. Peritt conducting the services. Interment will be in Liberty Hill Cemetery. The infant is survived by his parents and one brother 2 years old. Additional Comments: Billy Jim was born 11-10-1934 to Luther Edward Carmichael and Alma Anne Lee Carmichael. He died in Tyler. Texas. Luther is buried in Sunnyside Cemetery in Cordele, Georgia and Alma is buried in Blakely Cemetery in Blakely, Georgia.
