             Mrs. R. L. Dekle Dies In Hospital
   Mrs. R. L. Dekle, prominent Cordele Matron, died this morning in Crisp 
County Hospital folloowing a lengthy illness.
   Mrs. Dekle, the former Miss Daisy Cobb, had resided in Cordele for a long 
number of years and was the former Owner-Operator of Dekle Funeral Home with 
her husband, Robert L. Dekle, for a number of years.
   She was a member of the First Baptist Church, and a former member of the 
Cordele Woman's Club and other organizations.
   Survivors include five (5) daughters, Mrs Dan Chappell, Mrs. Eleanor 
Fitzgibbons and Mrs. Lola Bass, all of Miami, Fla., Mrs. Britt Williams of 
Atlanta and Mrs. Fred Derrick of Clayton; and nine grandchildren.
   Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Dekle Funeral 
Home.
