            Robert L. Dekle Rites Set Friday At Baptist Church.
   Last rites for Robert L. Dekle, 78, prominent Cordele Business Man and 
Civic Leader will be held Friday afternoon at four o'clock from the First 
Baptist Church conducted by the pastor Rev. C. E. Fite, and Rev. J. B. Smith 
of the First Methodist Church.  Interment will be in Sunnyside Cemetery.
   Mr. Dekle died Tuesday night in Piedmont Hospital, Atlanta following a 
major operation ten days ago. He had been a patient in the hospitaland had 
been in failing health for sometime.
   Head of the Dekle Funeral Home for many years.  Mr. Dekle was formerly 
engaged in the hardware business in Cordele.  He was a native of Emanuel 
County.
