S. A. ROYAL PASSES AT ARABI Mr. S.A. Royal, 57, prominent citizen of Crisp County, died at his home in Arabi Thursday of last week and was buried in the Arabi cemetery Friday afternoon, after funeral services in the Arabi Baptist Church--Rev. M. F. Reeves of Warwick assisted by Rev. Raymond Harvey conducting the service. Mr. Royal was an extensive planter and was engaged in the mercantile business and other business activities of Arabi. He was a good man and connected with the Baptist Church. Surving are his wife, Mrs. Julia Cole Royal, and the following children: Mrs. Alton Hamilton; Miss Hortense Royal; all of Arabi; and J. S. Royal of Burlington, N. C. Two sisters, Mrs. N. B. Bedgood and Mrs. Tip Cox, of Arabi; and two brothers; N. M. Royal, of Arabi; and T. J. Royal of Cordele, also survive and six grandchildren. The pall bearers were Messers. R. R. Bedgood; J. H. Bedgood; Allen Royal, Jr; Fred Wilson; Joe Ogburn; and Dr. L. O. Wooten. Our deep sympathy is with the bereaved ones.
