                 Mrs. Arthur Wheeler
   Mrs. Arthur Wheeler, 82, of 311 South Third St., died Monday in Crisp 
County Hospital.
   A native of Dooly County, she was the former Miss Irene Bazemore, dau of 
the late Orbie and Florence Collier Bazemore.  Mrs Wheeler had resided in 
Crisp County most of her life and was a member of the Cordele First United 
Methodist church.  She was a retired employee of the Crisp County Hospital.
   Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Sam Roobin of Cordele; one son, Homer 
Wheeler of Winter Park, Fla.; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
   Funeral services were to be conducted at 5 p.m. today at Dekle Funeral Home 
Chapel.  Interment was to follow in Sunnyside Cemetery.
