P. Clayton This Indenture made and entered into this the 15 of October in the year of our Lord 1850 in the year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty between Joseph Burnett of the one part and Cyrus P. Clayton of the County of Dade and State of Georgia of the other part witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and twenty five dollars to the said Burnett in hand paid by the said Clayton at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt, whereof is hereby acknowledged the said Burnett hath granted bargained and sold and doth by these presants grant, bargain and sell and convey unto the said Clayton his heirs and assigns all that tract of parcel of land situate lying and being in the nineteenth district of the fourth section of originally Cherokee now Dade County known and distinguished in the plan of said district by numbers fifty (50)and fiftey three (53) to have and to hold said bargained and sold lots of land, together with all and singular the rites members and appertanences being belonging or in any wise appertaining to and for thei only use and benefit of him the said Clayton his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple and the said Joseph Burnett his heirs and assigns executors and administrators and from any claim therefor any of them may have of ____whatsoever in Testimony where of the said said seal the day and year first above written. Signed sealed and delivered in the presents of us ____MClusky Lonsford Worthington Jos Burnett (seal) Georgia Dade County Personally came before me Lonsford Worthington who being duly sworn deposeth and sayeth that he saw Joseph Burnett sign seal and deliver the within deed for the purposes therein named and that the deponent subscribed the same as a witness and saw Ambros Mclusky do so likewise Sworn to and subscribed before me this twenty first day of Octo ber 1850.
