He was a life long resident of the North GA area, and he was a graduate of LaFayette High School class of 1955. Later on, Mr Alexander dedicated his life to Christ and preached God's word to many. He was of the Church of God faith. He will be deeply missed by his family members, wife, Brenda Young Alexander of Trenton; five Daughters and sons-in-law, Gail and Juan Vega of Cartersville, GA, Kay Alexander of Cartersvile, Teresa and Kevin Sutton of Adairsville, GA, Melody and Randy Parker of Calhoun, GA, Jackie and Jeff Gibson of Trenton; Four sisters, Bertha Youngblood of Rock Spring,GA, June Colbert of LaFayette, GA, Kate Alexander of Dalton, GA, and Bonnie Greene of Fort Oglethorpe; two brothers Vernon Alexander of Rutledge, GA, and Foy Alexander of Cedartown GA; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Funeral home chapel with Minister Demar Elm and Minister Steve Steve McCaslin Officiating.
